We all need some R&R and the fact that the company is supportive of it is just the cherry on top.

This Christmas Respect Care and Axela Care are turning the office Christmas tree into a “Giving Tree”.

Currently 6 of our staff members are on an 8-week plan training with Chris supporting with a mixture of high intensity workouts, boxing, running and yoga helping to get those endorphins released.

For many years the stigma that has been attached to mental health has seen many people from all walks of life and at all ages, keep their issues and concerns to themselves not wishing to burden anyone.

We wanted to make our staff feel special, as we try to do at many other times of the year, but to show that we appreciate their efforts come rain or shine

Mobile technology has made a huge impact in many industries and areas of life.

Pressure is a normal part of everyones lives, no more so than in social care where it's our passion to make others have a better and more fulfilling life. But how can we help others if we struggle to cope ourselves?

Most people were doing it in memory of loved ones and along the walk various people came up to us to ask what we were doing and showed their support.

Axela and Respect Care do Cupcake Day 2019 in order to raise money for dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Our staff baked or purchased, and we raised £300.
