Training is a key part of what we provide – all employees are given a full week’s induction course with annual refresher training where appropriate. Specialist care training is also encouraged and provided. In addition we encourage all employees to train for a professionally recognised qualification (such as Level 2, 3 and 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care). We also able to offer CIPD, NCFE and Skills for care accredited coursed.

We run a peer to peer mentoring scheme whereby our senior car workers undertake spot checks and on-the-job training where required to ensure you are receiving the support you may require. Our Field Supervisors conduct spot checks and quarterly supervisions to ensuring training gaps are identified and you are supported and safe working within the community.
Holiday pay is calculated according to your monthly earnings and is separately disclosed on your payslip so that you know exactly how much is owed to you from one month to the next.
